1. General Return and Exchange Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a flexible return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the conditions listed below:
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Returns or exchanges will only be processed if the product is in its original packaging and has not been tampered with or altered in any way.
Time Frame: You may return products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any return requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted. We strongly encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt to ensure the products meet your expectations.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different shade, scent, or product, you can follow the same return process. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products
- Gift cards, vouchers, or any items marked as “final sale”
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers (not directly from our website or store)
We also do not accept returns on items that have been damaged due to improper use or handling after receipt.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@safesuri.com or call us at (623) 386-4792. Kindly provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos (if applicable) to expedite the process.
Return Authorization: Once we’ve received your return request, we will review your case and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note, we are unable to process returns without this RA number.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely. SafeSuri is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.
Processing Returns: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once the item has been received. You will be notified by email once your return has been completed.
4. Refunds and Credits
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In some cases, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Partial Refunds: If the returned product is found to be damaged, missing parts, or in a condition that is not considered eligible for a full return, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund.
Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the full purchase amount, which can be applied to a future order. Store credits will not expire and can be used towards any future purchases on safesuri.com.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back at no cost to you. Upon receipt and verification of the issue, we will offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on availability.
Please inspect all products carefully upon arrival, and ensure that packaging is intact. If an item is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage.
6. Free Returns on Faulty Products
If the product you purchased is faulty or arrives damaged, SafeSuri will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange. In such cases, please provide us with a clear explanation of the issue, along with photographs of the defective or damaged item.
7. International Returns
At this time, we only accept returns for international orders on a case-by-case basis. For international returns, you will be responsible for all shipping fees, including customs charges, taxes, and duties. 8. Special Promotions and Discounts
Please note that returns or exchanges for items purchased through special promotions, discounts, or with the use of a coupon code are subject to the same terms as regular purchases. However, any promotional discount or offer applied to the original order will be void if the order is returned in full.
